We have several press brakes in our Liverpool factory that range from 2 metres up to 3.3-metres. These allow us to compliment our laser cutting machines. The video below demonstrates an example of the work our expert folders carry out.
For over 25 years we have used Amada press brakes as we believe you get what you pay for. They have helped us stay ahead of our competitors on folding technology. With automation technology our CNC press brakes are designed to form materials accurately within 0.1mm. The press brakes are ideal for prototypes and large batch consignments, especially with the quick release tooling and much-improved setup times.
Our press brakes also automatically monitor and adjust the bending force across the beam length at 6 points. Plus the control panel technology adjusts and compensates for any potential variation in the raw material thickness. This gives angle consistency and perfection over the full bend length.
